Let go and breathe! Keep letting go. Stop feeding yourself noise and chaos. Give yourself quiet time. Reset your inner self. See people and things for who and what they are. Think about the life you want to live. What moves you towards that life? What moves you away from that life? If you are constantly in noise, it is hard to receive your answers. Think about what you want to create and then open to the answers that help you create what you desire. There are forces that want the masses to suffer, so they have more. That only works when the masses are not aligned and in their power. Those of higher frequency want you aligned and in your power. We ask each of you to find your alignment and be in your power. Create consciously.

Instead of focusing on the chaos, focus on what you control. Instead of focusing on the problem, focus on the solutions and answers. You can’t help those who don’t want your help. You can’t change someone. Each being must be responsible for what they are creating. Each being must be responsible for their own life and path. Stop believing what people say. Watch what people do. Your planet will be undergoing a massive shift. Pay attention to your intuition. Open to your intuition and guidance without attachment to specific answers. Open to what is yours. Open to the life that is yours. Stop blaming others for what you don’t like in your life. You have the power to change your life. You can renegotiate things showing up in your life that you don’t happen to like. You might want to understand what shows up first before you try to change it.

Today’s the day for change in your life. We ask you to make a list of what you desire to have in your life or what you intuitively feel needs to show up in your life. In the morning say today ____________. At night repeat the list by saying tonight ______________. You can add or subtract from your list. Say the list without attachment. You want to help the energy open to what you desire to create and manifest. You might say something like today, wonderful things happen to me. Today, I come together with the love of my life. Today, I receive over $2 million that I can save and spend as I like. Today, I am offered my ideal job. It is your list. Pay attention to what feels right to you. You don’t want to clamp down on the energy or say the list from a place of fear or lack. You want the creation energy to flow and manifest perfectly. Do this process and see how it works for you.

Let go and be! Reconnect with your spirit and your soul. Open to what is next for you. Life and death are part of energy cycles. You are spirits living in vessels that help you experience and navigate your plane of existence. You have created story lines that are your life. You have taken experiences on as your life and self. Some of you are aware of your power and some of you feel disconnected from your power. You have created from your own perspectives. What happens when you rewrite your story? What happens when you stand in your power? You can connect with others and still create for yourself. You can open to your guidance and still be responsible for your own decisions. You need to stand in your power for this next piece. You can decide to help light the way for yourself and others. Some of you are being asked to be patient and stay where you are. You can still shine your light into the world. You can still bring love out into the world from where you are. Start where you are and bring your energy out in the world. Other action steps will reveal themselves to you.

The Life Giver

Peace! Think of what you can put out into the world without attachments. Our list would be things like love, kindness, compassion, peace, joy, happiness, abundance, light. You may feel something else comes through for you. You are doing this without attachment to it fixing or changing anybody or anything. All you need to do is focus on whatever energy you resonate with and it will expand. You may feel the energy connecting with a certain part of you. Start by picking one focus and spend time with it. You can pick a different focus at a different time. Pay attention to how you experience whatever you focus on. Choose your focus consciously. Move on from there. Your power lies in your focus. Stop letting other people decide what your focus should be. Master control over your thoughts and focus. Pay attention to what shows up in your life as a result.

The Light

All is energy. All energy has its own resonance. This resonance may shift but it will always go back to what it truly is. Not all energy is in resonance with everyone and everything else. You each have your own hopes, dreams, desires. You study and experience, which brings you to various other energies. Some energies you feel connected to and some energies you don’t feel connected to. You aspire to be like other people or to live a different life from your own, which has an impact on your energy. Return to what you truly are now. Attract based on your true energy and resonance. Pay attention to how that feels. You are magnets that attract based on your resonance and alignment. You can’t create and manifest authentically, if you are not authentic. You are not here to be someone other than you. What you attract and manifest is always aligned with you being you. If you alter your resonance you attract from that place, but it won’t really be in alignment with you and it will always feel off. If you focus on fears, you attract them. It is better to place your energy in being who and what you are. You will enjoy those creations better.

The masses have forgotten how to create for themselves. The systems you have created have reached the point where they no longer work. Safety was an illusion because you see how quickly that seemed to go away, when you depend on others to keep you safe. Stability that depends on others is also an illusion. Create your own stability and foundations. You each have personal power. Reclaim your power. Open to what you need to do. Outside help may not be there. Pay attention to what surrounds you. Open to your own guidance for help. Your own guidance will always be there. Yes, care for your babies and little ones, until they can care for themselves. Help them learn to create what they need and desire. Care for your elderly, when they reach the vulnerable stage. Using your own power doesn’t mean you don’t bond with others and help each other. You can form units with other beings in resonance with you. You will age differently, when you create from within yourself. Teach the young to create for themselves so when you are all in your units, everyone in the units are powerful.

You each need to learn to use your own power. Don’t create for other people. Start creating for yourself. Once you master your own creation abilities, you can help other people create for themselves. Start with one thing you want to create. Tune into that energy. Create a bond with that energy. Ask the energy how best to work with it. Then start doing what comes through. Allow your creations to be organic. Stop trying to micromanage creations. Stop trying to force or manipulate creations. Be in the flow of your creations. See how things develop. Rediscover what you are passionate about. Work with your passions. Each step will lead you to another step. Take one step at a time. Build from a solid foundation, so each layer is stable and build from there.

The Light

Endings and beginnings are the cycle in all that is. Energy never dies; it transmutes. Consciousness continues beyond your physical experience. Information exists beyond what you perceive. As one thing ends, something new will take its place. Do not grieve what you perceive as a loss. Open to what is new and celebrate the process you have undertaken to get you to the next piece. You make a lot of assumptions based on what you perceive around you. Those assumptions have worked for you, until they no longer work. See people for who and what they are and stop pretending something is what you want it to be, when it is something completely different. In choosing between words and actions, always go with their actions and behaviors. When you feel something is off, it is off. You don’t need to understand it, while you are in it. Get away from the situation and then evaluate what you are looking at. You will be able to perceive better the truth, when you give yourself space. Then, you can address what needs to be addressed. Give yourself space to regain your clarity. Noise and chaos are there to distract you and keep you off balance. When someone needs to distract you, they are about to do something harmful to you or some group or system. There are altruistic people. Don’t expect self-centered people to be altruistic. Look at what motivates someone. Learn from your experiences so you don’t need to keep repeating the challenging parts.

Think about what you want to contribute to your life and planet. Project that energy out into the world. Start with the energy you want to bring into the world. The energy will find its unique way with you and that is how it will manifest. As you focus on the energy and align with the energy, you will develop the actions to take. You start with a thought. You build from there. You are a creator. If you focus on what you don’t want, you create what you don’t want. Focus on what you want and how you can contribute to that creation. We know it seems like there are a lot of problems being created but you don’t solve problems, when you focus on the problems. You have awareness of what you are trying to solve. You solve the issues by focusing on the answers and opening to the answers. Focus on your purpose for being here and existing. Create from there.
