What are you doing that actually helps? There are things you do that you think help. How do they impact those around you? Are they making something better? Are they expanding the issue? If you are focusing on the problem, you are not focusing on the solution to the problem. It helps to focus on what you can do to make things better. Who or what is in control? What do you have control over? Do the people in charge want to solve the problem or expand the problem? Most people create through their fears. Fear is not where the answers are found. You find answers by focusing how to make things better. Look at who gets good results in solving the problems and model the process of solving issues after them.
