All is energy. Energy is not good or bad on its face value. Energy takes on various forms through thoughts, focus, as well as responding to some need. Energy can be used for good or bad. Those terms are subjective. Each of you create based on your innate energy. People create various things based on their needs, desires, and interests. When you get various people interested in helping you create and form various things, the energy takes on that form faster. It is not necessary for you to create with the help of other people. What belongs with you will join you. Your focus is power. Your actions are power. Energy needs to flow and then you can harness the energy to help you create. We share this with you to help you understand you don’t need to participate in energy creations that are not aligned with you. Focus on creating what you value. Bond or merge with the energy you wish to create in your life. Pull your energy from what you don’t want to participate in creating. Most of you hold the keys to great power but you tend to expect others to create for you. You need to work with energy and create for yourself.

Death and rebirth. This is not always about actual death. It is a place of letting go of one thing and opening up to something new or different. Many of you are in the place of letting go of one thing and creating something else. You have grown used to what is in your current life and you go through the motions of your day without being present and focused. Much leaves you now and something new or different forms in its place. You hold much power within you. Different is just different. Change doesn’t need to be scary. Each moment is a new beginning with new potentials. Breathe and be open to what is before you. When you show up, are open, and present, you know what to do. Stay in alignment and be authentic.

You will notice the energy is changing and transforming. Retrieve your power and your true self. Stop pretending that you are victims. No one defines you but you. People may foist their perceptions of you on you, but you don’t need to accept their perceptions. You don’t need to project on other people. Be who and what you are. You decide who to let in your life. You decide who you are. Some of your likes and dislikes are programmed into your DNA and soul. Your physical form reacts to various foods and environmental aspects. You helped create yourself in the spirit realm. Look around you. What are you drawn to that you enjoy? What do you want to bring in the world? Spend time and attention on what you like bout you and your life and what you would like to change. Bring everything to an energy level. Then move into the flow of the energy you want in your life. Move past your fears and limiting beliefs.

The Arnoble

There is a place of darkness where all exists and nothing exists. It is hard to see in this place. You can be scared, or you can be hopeful. There are options that form based on your choices and decisions. Each choice creates consequences. When you make your decisions based on one piece of the puzzle, you miss the larger picture. When you let anger or fear be the deciding factor, you miss so much more of the picture. Follow the path of your decisions and broaden your scope of your vision and awareness. Be able to see from a much larger perspective. See how various choices affect you. You near a precipice. All eventually becomes clear. Source your answers from within.

All things come and go. Appreciate who and what is in your life, while they are in your life. If you don’t appreciate something, let it go. Value energy for what it is. Energy is constant but it isn’t fixed. Energy transmutes and shifts. You don’t need it to be constant. Give energy the space to be what it is and let it flow as it needs to. Your focus is key to creation in your life. That is why it is important to choose what you focus on. Choose to be with those whom you resonate with. Choose to create from alignment. That will help you navigate and find your way with whatever manifests. Move past survival mode and focus on thriving. Realize thriving will be different for each of you. Know you near a time where understanding how to consciously create with energy is vital. Draw to you only who and what belongs with you.

Peace! You each hold the ability to receive your direct guidance. As the world goes into more chaos and noise, it is vital that you tune into your answers. Allow your answers to flow through you. Don’t just react. Take time to ascertain what is the best course of action for you. Awareness is important. Don’t get stuck in what appears to be. It is okay to get away from people and systems holding the Sword of Damocles over you. There is much you have no control over. There is also much you do have control over. Discern what you do and don’t control. Use what you have. Take the path of love and proceed from there. Those who seek to destroy will eventually face the results of their creations. You don’t need to participate in their destructive games. You have the ability to navigate your life. Guidance will help you follow your path. Those who seek to destroy don’t seem to understand they will also be affected by their creations. Decide who and what you will be and proceed from there. Be where you need to be, when you need to be there.

It is time for you to reclaim your true energy, whatever it is. Have that energy flow through you and your energy fields. Reclaim your true work and purpose. Do those things. Use your gifts and talents, as they are meant to be used. Your world order is changing and those of you drawn to our words have some part to play. It is important that you each own your power. When you reclaim your energy and let it flow through you, you can self-heal and do amazing things. Use your energy and power to help your physical form and your life. Awaken your inner knowing. You don’t need someone to save you, when you are aligned and in your power. Guidance is there to help you, but not to do things for you. Focus on creating from your power place.

What energy do you need to run through you? Start by running cleansing energy through you and your energy fields. Then, run healing energy through you and your energy fields. After that, think about what you want to manifest in your life. Run that energy through you and your energy fields. The energy will modify to fit with you. If you want romantic love, have romantic love flow through you and your energy fields. If you want financial security, have financial security flow through you and your energy fields. You are bringing everything to the energy level and letting the Universe figure out what that will look like in your life. If you want thriving, have thriving flow through you and your energy fields. Make the list based on what you want in your life. Be authentic and come for love. You can also ask your team what should flow through you and add that to your list. Let those who belong with you join you. Stop trying to control what you have no control over. Open to who and what belongs to you and with you. Source your gifts, talents, abilities, and use them. We ask you to go inward and tune into what is within you. Unplug from the noise. Breathe. Pay attention to your body. Breathe into any areas of discomfort. Open to whatever is coming through you.
