Watch behaviors and actions. Listen to words that match actions. Then, you know who and what someone is. The actions help you know who someone is very clearly. We will help those willing to discover their true gifts, talents, abilities and skills in a way that is useful to the whole and the role they need to play. All that you need starts with energy flow. When energy is stagnant or stuck, you manifest blocks. One cell having issues can spread throughout all systems. Many of you ask for healing but that is not the right avenue to look at. You should be asking for help in getting your energy to flow freely. When something shows up, ask it what it needs. Ask what you are being shown. All experiences hold value. Don’t judge what you don’t understand. It is common to react to experiences but step back and give yourself time to process what is taking place and why. Let go of your stories. Let go of the stories of others. The stories are not interesting in the long run. The stories you keep repeating become ingrained in your cellular structures. The hurts, fears, loves are all held within you. You must learn to let go and open to the flow. The stories may be part of your learning process but once you understand their messages, you can release them. Your memories and experiences help you be who you are in your current vessel. They create the narrative of self. You are far beyond this vessel’s experiences. These experiences are designed to help you learn and help you help others. Connect to the energies you feel bonded with. You can do that by realizing that energy connects with like energy.

If you fear the unknown, you bring fear into the unknown. Your superpowers come from your thoughts and beliefs. You can just as easily focus on bringing love and potential into everything. Learn to control your thoughts and your mind. Bring your thoughts to how to heal. Bring your thoughts to making things better, kinder, more loving. You hold the key to healing your planet. Focus on how to help on whatever scale you feel comfortable with or drawn to.

Verify information from reliable sources and not sources that seek fame and control of the narrative. When you tune in, do it from an open place without attachment or judgment.

Leadership demands cool heads and accurate information to base decisions on. When a leader loses their temper, many lives can be harmed and are impacted. When a leader acts without utilizing verifiable information bad things happen. Those who are poor hold just as much value as those who are rich. You never know who holds the keys to answers. All actions hold consequences. War and violence should always be a last resort with the goal of brokering peace and working together. The main job of any leader is protecting and taking care of all the lives under their domain. All life is valuable and holds great potential. Each life is part of the puzzle. Each of you constantly make decisions that hold consequences. Make informed decisions with true, verifiable, accurate sources. Here say is not a true source. People who lie are not true sources. People who withhold evidence, information, and facts are not true sources. It is time to evolve. Don’t give power to those not willing to see those that they want to lead as valuable and important.
