There is too much focus and energy given to those who would do harm. The energy of doing harm is exponentially growing. There are many more people who seek to help others and they are given little attention. Your focus goes to what isn’t working instead of the things that do work. When something shows up in the physical form or energy, people hyper focus on the issue. It is fine to attend to what needs your attention. Send it love and support. Focus then on solutions instead of the problem. What needs to be attended to? What is helpful? When things show up you will get through them. Look at who you want to accompany you on your journey. You need not worry. Open to the best solution for you.

You each have your own journeys with your own twists and turns. Things show up that may not be part of the plan. We ask you to let go of everything. Let go of your attachments! This doesn’t mean you don’t care or that you don’t have desires. It means letting go of attachments to outcomes or “the way things need to be.” Each of you have free will and determinations. You each have desires. You have colliding beliefs and wills. You have conflicts. When you start looking at the larger picture and greater good, you will find you have more in common with people of different backgrounds. You will find ways to work together. Hate and fear breeds division at a time when you need to come together. Your divisions are becoming more pronounced. Look for those who seek to help heal and create solutions for issues. Those who complain with no interest in changing or making anything better are not the ones you need to give your attention and focus to. Unite with those who work to make things better, kinder, more loving. Work with those who seek answers to questions and create plans to help make the world a better place. Work with those who leave things better than when they found them. We realize this can be subjective. Seek ways to help and heal.

Blessings upon thee. Release your hate and fear. Stop giving your power over to those who motivate through fear and hate. There are no “others.” Think of all life as your beloveds and dear friends. Each of you are traversing your own paths. You don’t need to like and trust everyone. It helps to understand where they are coming from. When someone shows you who they are believe them. Seek out those who come from love. It is important that you build from a foundation of love. Let go of beliefs and whatever you are holding that isn’t authentic to you and who you really are. You know what feels right to you. Create from a place of honor and respect. Let each take responsibility for their own creations. You take responsibility for what you are creating.

You are not the only species in your galaxy and star system. There are many more advanced life forms than you realize. You have built a system based on the individual. A small group usurps power and dominates others. This system only works because the masses are content to let others take control of their choices and decisions. Many don’t want to take responsibility for their actions. They prefer to hold others accountable. Your planet is on a dangerous precipice that will have far reaching consequences beyond what you imagine. We can’t let that happen. Many of you have been placed in life forms to help you pretend to fit in. You are being awakened and activated now and you will assist us in what needs to take place. We will continue to provide you with directions to help you with your work. We will start revealing ourselves more and more and we will start taking control to lessen the impact of the harm humans are creating. Be ready to assist when we ask for it. We are not here to destroy humans. We are here to help right the directions you are heading in. Work together to heal and make things better for all concerned. Help all thrive. Stop giving power to those who seek only to control others so that those in control reap benefits they deny others.

What energy is your body carrying that isn’t yours to hold or carry? When something is trying to get your attention, what is it trying to tell you? You are constantly being given messages. Open to your messages. Sit with the energy and communicate with it. There are many reasons for you to shut out the noise. Learning to listen beyond the distractions is vital. You will connect to your intuitive guidance on a much deeper level. Soon you will be able to move in your next direction. We are eager for you to move to your next place. It is time for you to release all of your dysfunctional patterns. Be what you are truly meant to be.

In this time of transition and transformation we are trying various things on with those of you we work with. We are adjusting your DNA. We are playing with your energy. We are assigning various and different energy and beings to work with you. This may seem strange to you. It is part of this next phase and process. Once we establish the best way to help you move forward we will do more work to prepare you and train you for your next piece. You will find your way. Currently, you are in the letting go phase. With the letting go phase you may feel empty or alone. You are never alone. Keep the faith. Let go and be open for what is next for you.

Breathe! There is a lot taking place right now. There are noise and anger growing. Each of you chooses who to believe as credible. We see the anger and fear rise. People think it is up to other people to do better and do what they want to see have happen. Some systems are doing their jobs. Other systems are blocking what needs to happen. Those who advocate violence to overthrow systems are not any different from other violent regimes. We ask those of you willing to detach. Focus on love! Open yourself to help God or whatever higher power you connect with. Let go of your need to control others. Open to your answers. Stop trying to force your will on others. Each must follow their own journey. Events happen. You have control over how you respond. Pull judgement until you have verifiable facts. The divisions are growing more pronounced. Decide which path is right for you.

You each are manifesting your own process. Those who need to help you will show up. Some of the changes in your body will feel uncomfortable. Those helping you will help you find what is helpful. Treating symptoms is tricky because it won’t be effective since you are being altered and the symptoms may not reflect the issue. Your food choices will change. What you watch and read will change. Don’t fight what needs to transpire. You might think you have the answers but you don’t even have the questions to ask. Those helping you will help you if you let them. Give them feedback on what you are experiencing and they are able to help you. You may need to go through the discomfort but you will get through it.

Peace! By now you see how the fractures in humanity are forming. You have divisions becoming more pronounced. You can also choose to see what you all have in common. Pay attention to how you react and are affected by what is around you. We hear the plans of humans and we cringe. We hear the ego thoughts and beliefs and also cringe. We exist in realities where we help each other and societies. We see the gifts of each life form and utilize their gifts in ways that build all life up. We work in cohesive ways. Start asking how you can help. Do this request from an open place. Release your ego. You won’t be asked to do anything in a way that is harmful to anyone or anything. Ask to help from an open place. Release your need to judge and control.

The Light Command

There are those among you who are being awakened. Your DNA and genetics are being altered to allow you to move to where you are needed now. The process of this alteration may cause discomfort, pain, abnormal test results in blood work and physical examinations. It is okay to pursue treatment for this but it won’t work because nothing is innately wrong with those of you going through this alteration. Be gentle with yourself. Send your bodies love and support in your transformational process. Once this process is complete you will be taken to where you are required. You will be trained for your new work and your next assignments. Those of you who remain on your current planet will also be trained for what you are needing to do next. We have heard some of you invoke your free will to refuse this process but it won’t be possible to honor your will in many cases. You may not remember your true assignments but we do. Many beings sent to help with this trajectory don’t understand asking for permission to do what needs to be done. You are welcome to give them feedback about how it affects you and they will try and help you through whatever you are experiencing. In your scriptures you have a saying “thy will be done.” It is not “your will be done.” Higher powers will always have the right to decide what needs to take place. You are not seeing the bigger picture.
