Let go of preconceived notions of what is taking place right now. You can watch what is happening around you but you are only seeing the behaviors and reactions of what is taking place. Keep asking for clarity. Reactions are merely the reactions others have from what is happening. Each of you react differently to the same stimulus. You are nearing a place of huge transition, which makes people feel unsettled. Change can cause people to respond from a place of chaos. You need to find your new grounding. Find your inner peace. Breathe and be open. Detach from the noise. Let yourself come from a place of love. You are not here for everyone and everything. Focus your attention where it needs to be. That will be different for each of you. Focus on your greater purpose. That will help you realign your life.

Think about something you want to create or shift in your life. Breathe and sit with what that is. What do you need to focus on? What does your body need? What starts showing up with this focus? Are there action steps that present themselves for you to do? Then proceed with what you pick up from there. Pay attention to what shows up and what disappears. How do you feel in this energy?

Many answers may seem contradictory. Take the answers in pieces and work with what you understand. See and perceive people for who and what they are. Don’t pretend they are what you want them to be. Don’t expect others to have your answers in a nice, neat bow for you. You are responsible for your choices and decisions. Letting someone else decide for you is a decision. You are the one looking out for you. It doesn’t mean other people don’t care. They are focused on their own needs. Once your needs are met, you are able to focus on other people. It is built into the survival perspective. You are nearing a huge transition. Expand your awareness and be open. Help where you can and realize old systems will soon be replaced. Some things will become quite evident soon. Stay away from the toxic energy as much as possible. Feed your energy love, kindness, compassion.

You may be experiencing a separation between your body that you currently reside in and the energy that is you. When you tune into what you need that may be different from the needs of the body you reside in. Most of the time you have spent in your physical form, you were thought to be one with your body, mind and spirit. In this next phase that is not necessarily true. Some of you may be experiencing your physical form rejecting your life force and essence. When you tune into what you need you will find the answers are different from what you need and your body needs. This doesn’t mean it is time to leave the body you currently reside in. All you need to do is tune into the body you reside in and get your answers. Then, tune into what you need and get those answers. There may be an overlap or not. It just helps you be better aware of what is taking place within you and around you.

We would like to speak to you about toxic masculinity. This is a force that is throwing your world out of balance. It is ego based. Males and females can carry this energy in them and present it out in the world. It is energy that feeds on division, fear, anger, hatred. Your world is currently feeding it on a large scale. Never turn over power and decisions to anyone working from a place of toxic masculinity. Stop making your leaders people who exist through toxic masculinity. Toxic masculinity fosters the perception of me first and always. The answers for your world and planet come from working together. “Me first and always” doesn’t carry any real answers. Your true abundance and prosperity will come when you utilize your gifts and talents to help something beyond yourselves. There is some aspect of service for all of you. Your way of giving service will be unique to you. Isolationism is never successful. You need to work with others. Open to those who belong with you. Work with your people, animals, land. There will always be someone or something that draws you to connect with it and work with it.

People often scream about their rights and then proceed to tell other people what to do and how to be. Those who hate being told what to do think nothing about trying to force their will on others. A philosophy of I am right and you are wrong doesn’t work. There are many paths and each of you get to determine what is right for you but you don’t get to determine what is right for another person. When you are stuck tightly in your box, you miss much that is outside of your box. Find what is right for you and allow others to find what is right for them. Laws and rules are designed to help the majority and not meant to be controlled by the minority. It doesn’t mean that the minority rights are not respected. There is plenty of space for everyone. If something isn’t right for you, don’t do it. Don’t tell others that they need to live by your rules. Go with kindness and respect. You would want others to treat you with kindness and respect. Do the same for other people.

This is a time of renewal. Release the old and open to the new. Release the patterns that no longer serve you. Return to your authentic self. Release what you have imposed on yourself to be what others expect you to be. From authenticity you can create and manifest from a true place. Clear your bodies and energy fields of toxic energy. Draw to you only who and what belongs with you. It may feel empty while the old leaves and that which belongs with you finds you. Take the empty time to rediscover what gives you joy. What helps you come from love? Don’t rush this new foundational process.

On a different matter, you all form beliefs about who people are based on your perceptions of who you think they are and what you want them to be. Rarely do people see the full person before them or in their life. You tend to only see specific aspects and reflections of what you are looking for. Most of you impose your expectations on others. Each of you get to be your full selves. Occasionally, you will meet the rare person who sees the full and total you. Until then, you are around people who see you from a place of the role you play with them and in their lives. Most people only hear and perceive the pieces they are looking for or need in the moment. When you see the full person, you can make better decisions on how to be with the people around you.

There are many constructs which you take as the way things are. Religion is a construct to connect to some higher power. You have created religions and doctrines and been forced into those beliefs of whatever religion you have been placed in. If that works for you, we have no need to take that away from you. Many of you believe you are pawns in some cosmic game. You are part of the fabric of creation. You each belong to some higher power or some aspect of a higher power. Find your connection to your higher power. Masculinity and femininity are constructs. This is different from being male or female. There are spectrums of all energy. Balanced energy has many more levels and potentials than the extremes of energy do. Masculinity doesn’t need to be mean, dominant, violent and out of control. Femininity doesn’t need to be submissive or passive. Be who and what you are. Connect to what you need to connect with. Reconnect with your true power. You need to find the path that is right for you. Who and what you need will be on that path and journey with you.

Breathe! Let go of what you have no control over. Help make something better, kinder, more loving where you can. Release what isn’t yours to carry or hold. People teach grounding exercises. We would shift this. Tune into what you are meant to be bound to. Connect with that. Tune into what you need to anchor to and anchor to that. That will create the sense of grounding you need. Many of you will soon leave this planet and be shifted to your new assignments. You may remain in your current form or you may be placed in a different form. Open to where you need to place your focus. Open to the messages and signs before you. You near a profound shift in consciousness and “reality.”

Spend some time today to focus on love. Let go of attachments and how this love would look and feel. Just focus on love. Fill your body and your life with this love. Let go of your preconceived notions. Just be in a state of love. We are not asking you to do anything else with this love. This process will help you reset your based energy. This is a place where you have no attachments or need to judge anyone. Each of you will be allowed to create just as you need to. You each hold responsibilities for your creations and how you live your lives.
