When you flood people with problems, you think you are helping but you are feeding fear and more energy to expand the problem. If your goal is awareness and to help solve issues, you need to present viable action steps to solve the issue and not just keep focusing on the issue. Anger and violence expand anger and violence. You need to be the energy you want to expand and not the energy you want to diminish. Support people and groups that are part of the solutions and not the people and groups who feed the problems. Those who create problems are not interested in solutions. They enjoy the chaos and fear. They feed off fear and chaos and are charged by it. You can’t stay in the energy of growing problems without it harming you. Expend your energy in those who solve issues. Say no to those who create problems and instead say yes to those who solve problems. Pull your focus from those who create problems. You know who they are and you know they only feed fear and problems. You know who continually lie. They will continue to lie and stoke fear. They are a waste of time and energy. You know what they are bringing into the world every day. Support people who tell the truth and expend energy to make things better.
