Think of something you want help with. It can be a challenge, something that is showing up in your life, your health, or something you are curious about. Instead of looking at whatever it is as a problem, open to potential solutions. You want to shift yourself from problem orientations to solution orientations. This can be for anything you are worried about or feel challenged with. Be open to solutions. Don’t filter ideas that come through. Keep your focus on solutions and answers. Once you have potential solutions, tune in and see what resonates the most as the solution to what you are thinking or asking about. Do that and see what happens and where it leads you to.
