Stop pretending that people who only care about themselves are capable of caring about other people. Leaders need to understand they are taking on the responsibility for the wellbeing of those they serve and represent. Look for the people who create systems to help the many. Look for the people who look for answers to issues that show up in communities and the world. Stay away from people who complain but never do anything to make things better. You each hold solutions to many issues in life. Bring the answers and solutions to the world. Be willing to try something and fail at it. Tweak experiments and ideas until you find the actual solutions. Look at what you are passionate about. Pay attention to what drives you. You don’t get to limit the potentials of others. Help each other be your full selves and strive towards your full potentials.
