Release the toxic energies you are holding within you and your energy fields. Stop feeding yourself toxic energy in all forms. Toxic energy is anything that doesn’t belong in your energy or energy fields. You are tuning into what is toxic for you and letting other people discover what is toxic for them. You can also tune into what is good for you and focus on that. Don’t assume that there is a one size fits all approach to any of this. Things can also change from moment to moment. You need to learn to just pay attention to your reactions to various things. A food might be good for you but the person who handled it affects the energy when they are not a vibrational match. You can shift the energy when that is the case. You do this by first tuning in to make sure the item is naturally a vibrational match for you. Then, you realign the energy of the item to be a vibrational match for you. Don’t do this with people. Let people be who and what they are. Rediscover your rhythm, vibration, frequency. Your planet has been rediscovering its own rhythms, vibration, and frequency. There are ways for you to all coexist, but you must recognize the life that resides in all that is. You must recognize energy for what it is as well. You are always attracting your vibrational matches. Sometimes you need to be with energies not your vibrational matches. That will never feel natural or right to you. Your energy is always seeking vibrational matches. Once you do this more consciously, you will find your life flows better. Awaken to your energy alignments and embrace your true realities.

For each of you there is an energy focus. It might be for a moment or a lifetime. Once you understand your focus, look at how you can feed and nourish that energy focus. It can be simple. So, don’t try and complicate what comes through to you. Be with the energy. Let it guide you. You each have something that will come through and work with you. Learn to work with that energy or if multiple energies come through work with those energies. There is no right or wrong in this process. It is about what comes through for you.

If you need to use the hard sale approach, you are not trusting yourself or what you are doing or creating. Let go of your attachments to the end results. Instead, work on the process. This doesn’t mean you don’t reach the end result. It just means you recognize life is about transitions and journeys. Look at what the energy requires and go from there. Create a solid foundation or whatever foundation you need to proceed. Then build up that foundation. All creations start with some foundation to build upon.

Clear yourself of your pasts. Release your struggles and hardships. Let yourself align with the energies you are meant to be aligned with. You will find the flow will open to you and help you prepare for your net phase. Many life forms will come and go in your life in the next few days and weeks. You are in a high turnover period. Let what needs to be, be as it needs to be. You have no control over the next piece. You need to ride the wave.

To each of you who are going through your developmental shifts and growth, know that help is around you. You may experience that you are receiving information differently or processing information differently. Don’t panic. This is just part of your changes and development. You might feel like you are in a place of silence and not receiving the guidance the way you are used to receiving it. You might also find that your focus is shifting and you are not sure which way to go. Know that you are being supported. As you go through your shift, other pieces will become clearer. Once you have your new directions the pieces will fall into place. As you experience this shift, you will be able to help many and make a huge difference. You will find the niche of your work and then focus on that. New people will join you and be part of this path with you. You always have whatever you require. Breathe and stay open. Pay attention to what you are drawn to. Your new teams will make themselves known to you, when they are ready.

Take time each day to connect with the energies you are meant to connect with. Let go of the energies that don’t belong in you, with you, and around you. Let go of your fears. Tune into where your focus needs to be. Set your focus where it needs to be. Then you are ready to being your day. Ask what you need to turn on and what you need to turn off within you and around you. Then, consciously do that. You do many things on a subconscious level. We want you to bring things to a conscious level.

Your planet is shifting. The elements are coming together to find their way. The planet will transform into what it wants to be. The planet will heal itself from the destructions of mankind. The planet is the foundation of all life that exists on the planet. As it shifts and changes, the life that exists will shift and change. There have been layers of various life, civilizations, and existences. This period now is your current species’ time. All species and civilizations have had their times and experiences. The answers lie in your energy fields and your vibrational fields. Learn to read those fields and you will find your answers that are related to your futures and your soul progressions. Focus on what needs to be activated within you and progress from there.

Breathe! Clear yourself of the toxic energies you have been ingesting. You do this by first tuning into what products you use that might be toxic for you. What are you watching and reading that is toxic for you? What are you eating and drinking that is toxic for you? Who in your life is toxic for you? Clear whatever comes up from this list from your life. Next, create a list of products, foods, drinks, people, media that are healthy for you. Use and consume the healthy things in your life, as much as you can. It is worth focusing on what is healthy for you. You will feel better. You will have more energy. It makes a huge difference in your health and wellbeing. Also, realize something toxic for you may be something okay for someone else. There is no one size fits all approach to this.

Most of the problems and challenges you face are related to you trying to work with energies that are not matching you or resonate with you. You consume products not vibrationally matching you. You think you can consume anything and it won’t matter or affect you. You think you can be with everyone and you need to work with everyone. That ends up creating dissonance and energetic conflicts. Egos and agendas get in the way. Perceptions that don’t fit with you are discordant energy. There are pieces of facts and truth you often overlook because you don’t see the harm in something that is off for you. You are nearing a great change that will affect all life on your planet. Names and labels are part of energy alignments. Your planet doesn’t like its label. It wants to transform into what it wants to be and what it is meant to be. You each need to transform into what you are meant to be. Open to your next phase of your journey.

When you tune in and don’t get information about something or someone, it is usually because there isn’t an energy or vibrational match with you. You might tune into something you are participating in and find you are off with your involvement with that specific event or activity. Pay attention to whether it is an energy match for you. If in doubt, ask your guides. You will have times when you are with someone or something and there aren’t vibrational matches for you and you still need to be with the person or situation. Be present with whatever that is and do what you need to do in that moment. Pay attention to your energy in those experiences. Go beyond appearances and work with the energies that are calling you to work with them. The more you are in alignment, the better the creations and manifestations will match you. You may like something but discover you are not an energy or vibrational match or in alignment with it. It may take some shifting of your thoughts for you to gravitate to your vibrational matches and compatible energies. Once you make this shift, you will find your life flows better and things get better for you.
