Shift from surviving to thriving and trust you have what you need to thrive. Healing has some base parts. Look at what is stuck and stagnant and clear the blockage. What is causing the blockage or stagnation? When something shows up, be with it. Talk to it. Listen to what it has to share. You can’t heal something, when you are focused on the result of the creation. Look at the root cause of the problem. Look at it from a place of its foundation. If you help the foundational issue, you create healing throughout the energy. Bring awareness to the energy. Then, work with the energy to help it and support it. If you are holding something that isn’t yours, let it go. Release the fear of whatever is showing up. It is a teacher and messenger for you. Thank it and work with it. If you need to have a bone set or a wound sutured, do that first. Then, address the lesson by working with the energy.
