It is easy to get sucked into things that make you angry and fearful. It is harder to maintain love, kindness, and compassion. That is because anger, hate, fear are lower vibrations and denser. You feel and experience denser energy easier and differently viscerally. Love, kindness, and compassion can be harder because they are higher vibrations and frequencies. The more you keep shifting your focus to love, kindness, and compassion, the easier it is. You are helping to shift your frequency and vibration by pulling away from fear and hatred. You have the ability and capacity to do this. You just need to make it a daily practice to focus on love, kindness, and compassion. Look for ways to help each other with love, kindness, and compassion. We are not asking you to do anything that would harm others. Pull away from anything designed to keep you in fear, anger, and hate, even when it seems that the people are righteous.

That is what is needed in the equation. Look at what you do naturally and look at what is easy for you to do. Those are your gifts. You take them for granted because they are natural parts of you. Not all change agents are concerned about the results of the change. There are many change agents who promote chaos in their change they initiate without any regard for impact on others and society. Pay attention to those who focus on facades and not depth. Stay away from those who are only concerned with how something looks. Find people who are focused on depth and creating a strong, secure foundation. When you are building and rebuilding anything, you want a strong foundation, and you want true substances. Your world is changing and life on your planet is changing. See what you can do to help build stability. Base values of all life are safety, stability, and security. When you help with safety, stability, and security, you can then bring the masses along with the changes. Doing this makes change more palatable.

Your systems are not designed for constant stress and chaos. Those who try to keep you in constant stress and chaos are focused on keeping you in fear because they feed off your fear. You can’t live that way. Take your power back. Remember who is meant to work for who. You don’t work for politicians. Politicians are supposed to work for the people they are supposed to serve. Find ways to bring your gifts, talents, abilities, and skills into the equation. Find ways to bring your best self into the equation. You do this by taking time to reset and recharge.

Remember all things are energy. You are energy. Work with the energy to find your answers. Some answers may not make sense to you, when you receive them. Your energy fields are meant to self-heal, but it is hampered when you feed your energy toxic thoughts and energy. The toxic energy can be in what you read, watch, consume, or around you. It is important to check if something is yours or someone else’s. You may still need to treat your body to help bring healing to whatever is taking place. Pay attention to where your energy is blocked. What happens when you put your attention on the area. That seems blocked or is asking for attention? Be aware of stories, memories, songs that pop up. Also, ask if what you are feeling is yours or someone else’s. If it is someone else’s, who or what does it belong to? What are you meant to do with it? You can do this process for whatever shows up in your life. All things are energy. Awareness of specific energy is always helpful.

Expand love, kindness, compassion. Focus on what you want to see expand. Feed that energy. Focus on attracting who and what you desire in your life. Focus on attracting who and what belongs in your life. You can’t hang around angry, fearful, hateful people and think you will spread love. You don’t heal anything by going into ways to force and control others. Each of you have a soul’s journey. You are all here in this moment for some reason. If you don’t like what you see around you, start by focusing on the energy you prefer. That also means you watch what you feed in your mind and energy fields. Purify your energy and energy fields. Then, rebuild from there. Much is happening around you. You need to focus on your piece and purpose. Help where you can. Empower others where you can.

If someone is in danger and you can help them, you can do that. Each of you are responsible for your actions and creations. What each of you do based on your opportunities is up to you. When you enter your path, what you require will show up. Pay attention to what is around you. See people for who and what they are. Open to who and what belongs with you and proceed from there.
