Peace!  Train yourselves to not add or fill in the pieces for the messages you receive.  Take the information as it comes.  Sit with the messages and guidance you receive, until you understand what is being asked of you.  We know you are ready to move forward and take action but it is difficult to do when you don’t know what to do.  Don’t complicate what comes through.  The words and energy are complete.  We don’t tend to give you more than you need, at any given moment.  So, take that in.  When it is time for you to take action, you will understand what the action is for you to do.

What is your true work?  Open up to that answer.  Meditate on that answer.  Your true work is where your energy and focus needs to be placed.  Some of you might still need to do your day jobs, while you do this transition.  Others may manifest their needs differently.  You are still seeing the world as you have viewed it in the past.  But in reality, it is shifting.  Humans still fight and are willing to destroy for power.  You look at the behaviors of the ancients and of modern man and see the behaviors are the same.  It is time to rebuild on a different structure.  Rebuild on love and kindness.  It doesn’t need to be a structure of violence anymore.  Stop feeding the energy of disrespect into your heads and energy.  You might think it is harmless but in truth it isn’t.  You are programming your mind and energy to attract what you don’t want.  Go back to what your true work is and build a life around that.  People will show up who belong with you.  Situations will show up to support your life.  All will be what it needs to be.

What is the specific energy that you want in your life?  What form of energy do you want to be with?  You affect the energy around you and the energy around you affects you.  You need to find a way to be with the energy, find who and what you want to be and create consciously.  Those who get caught up in energy need to be able to pull back and assess their energy and how it is  being affected.  Pay attention to what feeds your energy and what feeds off your energy.  How does your energy feel?  There is a massive shift forming and you need to remember how to work with the energy.  Find your work and your focus.

We have spoken about all things being energy.  When people have issues with their bodies, they think about physiology and forget about what the energy is doing.  You just want to fix the issue with medication, herbs, crystals, surgery.  All things form in response to energy, energy flow or energy stagnation.  Aging doesn’t work the same throughout the galaxies because some species are better at working with their energies.  They are more aware of what they feed their energies.  As you get better at feeding energy and working with it, what you will create will shift.  Work with the energy.  Stop feeding fear.  Start feeding love.  You are not victims.  You are powerful.  Stop feeding the noise.  Return to what you are meant to be.

Awareness is a powerful attribute.  You need awareness to understand what is going on around you.  Learning to understand what serves and how it serves is powerful. Understanding how something serves helps you know how to work with the energy.  You see and hear things in your world that capture and hold your attention.  You are being asked to separate from this now and ask where your focus needs to be.  Keep refocusing.  Find a way to ground and center yourself.  Much is in the works and lower vibrational energy is trying to keep fear growing.  Fear beings feed off of fear.  Those sent to help other assignments need to focus on your true assignments and not the noise that is around you.  Keep tuning into where your focus belongs.  Do your work.

We are preparing those of you sent to help the earth for the earth’s shifts.  You may feel like your bodies and energies are changing.  It is because they are.  You may experience it as discomfort or your senses may be changing.  Allow the energy within you to flow.  You can check in to see if you require medical attention or if it is something that needs to move through you.  You may just need to go through the process.  Ask the energy what is requires.  It will let you know.  More is not better.  Trust what you are picking up.  It might not make sense at the time but it will make sense eventually.  You are nearing a major life change.  Help is always around you.

What is your true work?  Where do you belong?  You are in a time of change.  Your answers to these questions may change.  Pay attention to what attracts you. Pay attention to what you are no longer attracted to.  Pay attention to the energy and clues around you.  All of the answers will reveal themselves to you, as you bring awareness to them.  The beings and energies will change and bring alignment to your shifts and changes.  The new beings and energies will be appropriate for where you are going.  The answers are around you.  Step away from the noise and you will find your answers.  The answers are not where you are used to finding them.  Be open!  Tune into your answers.  Your light will help you find the way.  All that you need and require will find its way to you.  You just need to be able to recognize the answers, when they show up.

Peace!  What do you seek?  Instead of seeking answers, retrain you minds to focusing on finding your answers.  Instead of focusing on lack, focus on abundance.  Your mind and thoughts are powerful.  Many life forms focus on not having specific things instead of having them.  All of creation stems from a sense of perspective.  Your focus and perspectives help expand your creations.  Let go of the “I don’t want” focus.  Instead, focus on create the energy of your desires.  Allow the energy to form as it needs to.  It will form in response to your focus and perspectives.  Think in terms of energy, instead of specifics.

Now is a time of great change.  The world around you is in flux.  Many of you have received new and different assignments.  Your energies are changing.  Those who work with you are changing.  What you value is altering.  This is what needs to transpire.  Step back and look at where your focus is truly needed.  It is destabilizing to have people keep you in fear all the time.  The noise and fears of “what if” can be overwhelming.  The issue is focus expands energy.  The more you focus on good and love, the more you grow good and love.  The more you focus on fear, the more you grow fear.  You need to release your attachments. Open yourself to your own guidance.  Create what you need to create and focus where you need to focus.  Embrace the changes now and do what you are guided to do.  Decide who and what you will be and support.  Proceed from there.

Remember who and what you truly are!  It is time!  The life you have created on this plane of existence is altering.  Your spirits play and have played many roles.  You have mostly been given amnesia about other lifetimes and realities.  This has kept you going, learning and experiencing from different perspective and senses of reality.  Your basic personalities are ingrained in most of you.  The ways you react to stimulus or lack of stimulus are innate.  There is a purpose for each of you being where you are.  The veils thin and you must each step forward into your true path.  Fear not what lies ahead.  You will always have the help you require.
