Peace! Blessings! Kindness! Bring your attention to what truly matters. Stop focusing on chaos and destruction. When you put people of destruction in charge, they will destroy things. If you want to build something, find those who actually build things. If you want to create something of substance, don’t go to people who only care about illusions and facades. Turn to those who focus on strong foundations and take care to build something strong and durable. Don’t be fooled by people who talk a good game. Find people who truly care about helping improve the lives of others. Don’t make excuses for people who are showing you who they truly are by their past behaviors showing up in their current behaviors. There are people who learn and grow. Make sure the people you choose have learned the more valuable lessons that turn into service without needing self-aggrandizement. Look for those who do the actual work. Stay away from those who always delegate to other people, so they don’t have to do the actual work, but they take the credit for the accomplishments.
