You each have your own path. It is vital that you each live your life. You can’t be anyone else. You can’t live the life that someone else wants for you. You need to live the life you are here to live. You need to pursue your interests. Engage with people who fit your life. Stop trying to fit in with people you don’t belong with. Look for the people who bring out the best in you. Stay away from the people who bring out the worst in you. Be honest and be kind. You can say no to something without being mean. You can set boundaries without being rude. You can’t take responsibility for the behaviors and actions of other people. You are responsible for yourself, your actions, and behaviors. You can’t use the excuse of blaming others for what you do and say. Make your own choices and decisions. You will be judged by whatever you do, so choose wisely.
