Breathe! Clear yourself of the toxic energies you have been ingesting. You do this by first tuning into what products you use that might be toxic for you. What are you watching and reading that is toxic for you? What are you eating and drinking that is toxic for you? Who in your life is toxic for you? Clear whatever comes up from this list from your life. Next, create a list of products, foods, drinks, people, media that are healthy for you. Use and consume the healthy things in your life, as much as you can. It is worth focusing on what is healthy for you. You will feel better. You will have more energy. It makes a huge difference in your health and wellbeing. Also, realize something toxic for you may be something okay for someone else. There is no one size fits all approach to this.
