You can retrieve your power and energy. You can help those who seek the help you provide and offer. You can’t heal someone who is doing the behaviors and actions that create the problems. If you get stuck on the problem, you aren’t looking for solutions and the best use of your energy. Stop wasting your energy and power in areas you don’t control. Stay away from those who seek to make you small. Look for ways to shine your light and expand your abilities. Look for those whose energy compliments your energy, so you can work together.
