Choices!

Many things in life are choices. Who you are is a choice. How you handle life events are choices. You have some innate behavioral reactions, but you have much control over you. Think about what energy you want to feed. Think about where you want to place your focus. You get to decide your answers to those thoughts. Learn to pull your energy from what you don’t want to feed. Learn to consciously place your energy where you want it to go. Stop allowing media and various people to keep grabbing your focus. You get to decide what is right for you. Be clear about what is important to you. You get to decide where your follow through is.
