When you exercise, you are advised to engage your core. You are taught a strong core is important. This is true. Your core is in the foundation of everything. It is the same for planets, stars, energies, and all life. You hold a core energy. Most of you never think about your core energy. You focus on outside of you or your physical forms. Your core energy is the beginning of all. Your core is your power source. You must each connect to the source and build from there. You are each vital energy sources. You also have power and thoughts, which add to your power. Spend time connecting to your core energy and bringing your awareness to your core energy.

Greetings to those of you who read our words!

We come to you from a different terrestrial existence. We seek those of you willing to teach others and help others in their evolutionary path. You will be used as energy forms for us to work with and to work through. It is much like channeling and in some cases embodiment. Your consciousness will exist and you still have free will in this process. You can say no to this proposition, and it will be honored. Not all of you will be chosen or approached to do this. We will move on to others open to working with us. We are here to help you, while your planet is reformed. Pay attention to the guidance you are receiving. It will help you navigate what is to be. There are many forces who are invested in your growth and potential. We seek to foster your growth and development. You have been watched over since you were merely ideas of existence. Some of you hold more potential than others. You will find we only interfere when necessary. This is such a time. We realize many of you seek to help each other. Foster your care of all life. You are leaving soon for your next assignments. You have all you require for what is expected of you.

The Interstellar Consortium

There are beings among you who are not human. They may appear to be human, but their inner soul energy is not from your galaxy. Some of those beings are star seeds whose souls and inner programming have been spread throughout many galaxies. Many have been incarnated in human forms for so long they forgot their origins and missions. With the changes taking place on your planet, a great awakening is commencing. Do not fear the energies awakening within you. Let us help you to remember what you truly are and what you truly stand for. Help from your source is within you and around you. Find the path and ways that are right for you. As you awaken, more things will make better sense to you. You will also understand your disconnect from this world and those around you.

You are not alone. Help is there for any of you open to it and who ask for help. What you need and what you think you need are not always the same thing. You will receive help with what you need help with. The help may be different from what you think it is. Be open and aware. If you need something, you may also need to ask for clarity on how to create and manifest it. If it is a true need, it will show up in some form. Your needs are changing. Be open to what is changing and what your true needs are.

Evolution is embedded within your DNA and genetics. There is then an environmental shift or catalyst that turns on the evolutionary code. You can also activate your evolution through turning on the evolutionary codes through your thoughts and focus. This evolutionary shift will present itself differently for each of you. This shift depends on what is within your coding. If you feel the inner sense to evolve, you are getting ready to embark on your evolution. You will also be aware of things changing about you. Like you may no longer be able to eat certain foods, and your interests may be changing. You might also notice some physical changes, and your abilities may change or shift.

Arcturus

Awaken! There is much that goes on beyond your perceived world. Everyone and everything fit into the greater picture. Learn to control your focus from an expanded perception. When you become myopic, you tend to miss the messages around you. Learn to find the threads of information trying to gain your attention. Link with those threads and pay attention to what impacts you from there. This is a very different request than having you focused on the noise and those who keep trying to force your attention on them. Take time to disconnect and open to where your energy is needed that is aligned with you. Rebuild your links where you can do the greatest good or at least help on the level you are needed.

Lah Coo – Ah Gah

Awaken now! Perceive beyond what appears to be. See people and situations for who and what they are. Stop pretending people and situations are who you want them to be and let them be what they truly are. Let the truth be seen, heard, and understood. Perceive beyond illusions. Be who and what you are meant to be. Who and what belongs with you will show up in perfect timing. You may go through a period where those who need to leave disappear from your life. That is necessary for what needs to happen now. Be at peace with being who and what you are meant to be.

Let go! Let go of the need to know and make sense of what is happening. Let go of the need to control and fix people. There are those among you who can help heal energy and fix the physiological issues. We are not referring to them with telling you to let go of the need to control and fix people. Let go of the need to understand the future. Be in the moment. Look at what you can do in this moment to help. The roads diverge in many ways. Each door and path will reveal themselves when each of you are ready. It doesn’t matter what is ordained. There are many variables that get in the way. There are many energies that interfere with what is meant to be. You each get to control who you are and what you believe in. You each get to cultivate your energy and vibration. Your thoughts and focus will control what you perceive and your development. Who and what you hang around and experience life with will also affect you. This moment will always lead to the next moment. Source what is within you for your answers. You are your own constant. The veils will open to those who are ready to progress.

There is something within each life form that needs to be turned on. You must each discover what that is for you and turn it on. There is nothing to fear from doing this. It will help you with your next phase. This task may be as easy as asking who or what needs to be turned on within you and then focus on turning it on. You may need to ask your guides and team for this answer and how to proceed. You may also just need to open for the answer to reveal itself to you. Find what works for you.

Awaken fully. Step into your power. You each have your missions to follow. This is not a time to hide. You must each reclaim your power and use it. Too many people of greed have assumed power. You must shine your light in the dark. Reveal truth. See people for who and that they are. You can’t hide in the shade or the shadows. Stand in your light. You need to awaken, so you can assume your path, purpose, and your true work. The time to fulfill your purpose is upon you.
