Give yourself some time to sit and breathe. Let go of everything and be present. Look at what you enjoy in your life. Who are the people you enjoy and treasure? Hold gratitude for your gifts, talents, wherever you live, the people around you. Pick something that you appreciate or value. There is much in turmoil. Focus on what is going right in your life and not on what is wrong. You can be aware of what needs attention, but you also need to attend to positive aspects of your life. What you focus on will expand. Focus on what you want to see expand. There are good and kind people around you. Focus on them. You decide where your focus needs to be and not the media, advertisers, or anyone trying to force their will on you. Reset your mind and your intensions whenever you feel yourself spinning out of control or off the rails. Open to your answers. Look at what you want to shift and then open to what comes through on how to be with the energy and the answers to your concerns.
