Let things be simple. Pull back from things and people who are convoluted. Take time and breathe. Eat foods that are what they are. Drink beverages that are what they are. Find ways to move your body instead of being sedentary. Focus on near and far. Bring your awareness beyond yourself. Your bodies are barometers, and they conduct energies, vibrations, frequencies. You are energy, vibrations, and frequencies. You are tuned to be you. What you are is perfect for your purpose and design and whatever you need to do on this planet and in this life. Discover what you are drawn to and keep assessing your reason for being in any specific moment. Let go of what only serves to grab your attention and focus. Pay attention to where your focus needs to be. You have new directions coming your way. Be open and present wherever you are. A lot of times, your purpose is to be and bring your energy in the moment. By showing up, you will know what to do. Every moment you are receiving and transmitting something. Bringing your awareness to this gives you control over your choices and decisions.
