Peace! Breathe in and breathe out! Keep repeating this. Be present and in this moment. Let go of your agendas and attachments. Keep bringing your focus to the moment. What can you do to be more loving, kind, and compassionate? Maintain your frequency and vibration. Let everyone make their choices. You get to choose who and what you are. Be true to who and what you are. Let go of jealousy and envy of what you think someone else has. You are not here to be anyone else but you. Find your own style. Look at what you truly value. Create from this place of what you truly value. Find the work that allows you to be authentic and utilize your gifts. Let go of the fear model. Open to manifesting what you need to thrive. Shift from surviving to thriving and trust you have what you need to thrive. Sometimes, you need to shift your perspective, perceptions, and awareness to perceive what you truly have and where your focus needs to be.

Now is a time to release your attachments. Move forward into your life. Each journey starts with a step in some direction. This may lead to something quite different from what you expect. It will be what it needs to be though. You will soon find new parts on your path. Trust you will have all that you need. There is no need for concern or alarm. Disconnect from the energy that is not a vibrational match and not in alignment. You don’t do this to change others. You do this so you will vibrate in your true resonance and attract what belongs with you. Open to your work and how you can help in whatever area you are meant to help. Never try to force change. Change happens naturally to reflect consciousness. Be who and what you truly are. Who and what you are is perfect for your journey.

Healing has some base parts. Look at what is stuck and stagnant and clear the blockage. What is causing the blockage or stagnation? When something shows up, be with it. Talk to it. Listen to what it has to share. You can’t heal something, when you are focused on the result of the creation. Look at the root cause of the problem. Look at it from a place of its foundation. If you help the foundational issue, you create healing throughout the energy. Bring awareness to the energy. Then, work with the energy to help it and support it. If you are holding something that isn’t yours, let it go. Release the fear of whatever is showing up. It is a teacher and messenger for you. Thank it and work with it. If you need to have a bone set or a wound sutured, do that first. Then, address the lesson by working with the energy.

You must each find your way. Take responsibility for what you create and what your actions are. When you do harm to someone or something, seek to stop doing the harm and apologize. Work to improve and do better. Learn and grow. Find where you belong. Be true to your resonance. You do this by working on your own alignment. You need to let go of the need to control others. Start by working on yourself and help in the areas you are drawn to work and create in. Serve in the way you are meant to serve. That answer is something that shows up from within you. Your service may be a simple act of kindness or something on a much larger scale. All forms of service are important.

You may want to try out experiences from a specific vantage point. Most of you help create with a team what you wish to experience. Some of you are sent to be on your planet to help with events meant to transpire. You hold the keys to potentials. It is best to open to why you are here and what you need to do. As you accomplish your pieces, you will be ready to move on to what is next for you.

There are paths and journeys as varied as the people, beings, life forms on them. Many paths intersect or seem parallel, but they are each unique. It is designed that way to help each life form experience. When you see chaos or behaviors you don’t agree with, know it is not in resonance with you, but it might be in resonance with those doing the behaviors. Open to where you are needed and focus on where you can help and what you need to do to help. You can set a bone or stitch a wound, but healing is up to the individual. Change is constant. You can’t change or fix anyone. Each being changes and shifts in their own way. Decide who and what you want to be. Work towards your path and journey and open to how you can help along the way.

Be aware of energy around you. What fits? What doesn’t fit? How do you feel when you go someplace or are around a specific person or group? How do you experience what you eat? Everything is energy. Pay attention to the energy in you and around you. You get control over you and your thoughts. Whatever you feed your mind and body has an impact on you. We have spoken about seeking your vibrational matches in all things. Some objects will adjust to you, but some objects will continue to hold their own vibration. Your task is to assess who and what belongs with you. Start with finding your vibrational matches. Next, pay attention to where you belong. Then, pay attention to what belongs with you. If you break everything into those three thoughts, you will have a strong foundation. Humans have learned to override their senses and just deal with whatever they deal with. It is time to change that now. When you are in groups or situations where you need to be with dissonant energy from your own energy, surround yourself in a bubble of your energy resonance. That will help you. Also, when you leave the environment, clear yourself of anything not resonant with you. You will feel better and be healthier.

We are Arcturus! Like attracts like. You can’t manifest or create anything that isn’t a vibrational match. You are as you are for a purpose. It is not for you to change your frequency or vibration to create what you think you want or need. You will create and manifest what is right for your vibration, just as you are. Using manipulation and domination won’t help you get what you want. Manipulation is destructive to all who are part of the manipulation process. When you are true to your vibration and frequency, you will attract everything you need for your work, life, and purpose. You don’t have competition. There is plenty for everyone to thrive. You need not worry about wanting more. There is a balance, and all must play their role. Seeking to harm one group, so you feel better about yourself is a sign of a problem that you are not in alignment. You can’t judge the path of anyone. You need to be on your path and do your work. Whatever you need will show up perfectly. If something isn’t showing up, something is not aligned, or the timing is off. Take time to reset and be clear. Assess what you truly need and want.

Allow each being to choose for themselves. You don’t like it when people try to control, fix, or force you to be a certain way. So, don’t impose your ways on others. Be who and what you are. Like attracts like. Those who show up and your reactions to them show you where your work is. This previous statement might not make sense to you. Sit with the statement. Those who belong with you will find you. You will perceive what you are ready to perceive. Breathe! Be open to your work. Follow your path and your journey. Start with what you can control.

Your planet soon undergoes a great shift. Many will die and their souls will be allocated where they are needed most. Many will choose limbo out of their fears. Many will choose service. Each soul will be relegated to where they naturally resonate. A new dominant species will take over your world. These beings have been cultivated to thrive on your world. They will preserve a balance with nature. Your planet and all planets are living, breathing life forms. There is a resonance to all that exists. You are looking for what resonates with you. Stop trying to force resonance with people and things. Be who and what you are. When you are true to what you are, you will attract what belongs with you and you will fulfill your true purpose. Stop trying to be what others want you to be and expect you to be. It will work out better for you. Open to guidance and recommendations. Help is around you to help you, as you need it.
