You each have your own process and your own teams to help you with your process. This may change or vary with each stage of your life and each process you undergo. You always have what you need to proceed. Ask your questions and open to your answers. Don’t assume you know what you need. Don’t assume you know your answers. Ask and be open for what comes through. You need to release your preconceived notions. Find your path, your journey, and proceed from there.

The Light

You can’t heal, while you are doing the behavior or piece that creates the harm to your body or energy. You need to stop the pieces that create the problem. You need to learn to shift your patterns and vibrations into what you desire. Do everything with intension. Look at what moves you towards your goals and where you belong and what takes you away from where you belong and your goals. Open to the unexpected. Open to how to be with what is out of your control and what is in your control. Expand your perspective.

Kah Lah

Stop your wars and your need to suppress and dominate others. Work as a collective to make life better for all. Be who and what you each are and use your skill sets and talents to help make something better, kinder, more loving. Recognize this request is subjective. Look for ways to bring the best out of each life form. Forcing your will and beliefs on others doesn’t make anything better. You each get to find what works best for you. Connect with others who belong with you and belong on your path with you. You are not forming sides but units. As you each do your part, you help the collective.

The Arcturian Council

It is time now for each of you to call to you who and what is meant to be with you and work with you. Ask your questions and open to the answers that come through to you. Don’t hold attachments to a specific answer. Some answers change from time to time and moment to moment. There are very few absolutes. We are backing away now from passing on these messages in this forum. Your own team will help you directly, if you let them.

Your world is in chaos because those who are fear based are trying to keep you in fear. They think they have the right to give you rights and to take away your rights. It is a faulty premise. The masses have rights simply by existing. The ones who think they are important and powerful only have their positions because the masses allow them to. When you stop recognizing someone’s authority, they have no authority. It helps when more than one person recognizes this. Those who are in positions to help the masses need to use their positions to help the masses. When you forget what public service should be, you should not be in public service. Each of you needs to claim your power and hold onto your power.

The Life Giver

Stop looking at the world as it is. Stop feeding ego and negative thoughts. Focus your energy into transforming into what you are meant to be. Focus your energy on transforming your world into what it is meant to be. Focus on transforming life into what it is meant to be. This is not going to impact people’s free will. It is you using your energy to help support what is meant to be. Ego creations are what someone wants and not necessarily what needs to happen. The focus we ask you to shift to is a much better use of your energy and attention. As you shift your focus, you will know what you need to do in the form of your actions.

When someone says no, hear them and respect their answers. Stop manipulating to get your way. When it is time to let something go, let it go. Release what needs to be released. What is yours will be yours. When you need to control and manipulate, you are not trusting your process. You need to learn to let go. Be open to what is meant to create and manifest in your life. Live a life of respect, honor, and integrity.

The Life Force

You each have a purpose or something you are here to experience or work through. Various spirits are around you to help you. What you need in your process will show up. Find your way. Stop expecting other people to do your work for you. You have your own team. You need to work with them. Stop expecting others to create for you. You are powerful. Create for yourself. Create from a place of honor and respect. You near the precipice of change now. Go forth and create what you are meant to create.

What do you need to connect with? Pull the ego out of this question. Let go of theology and any teachings you subscribe to. Ask yourself this question and then turn on your connection to who and what comes through. Turn up the volume on the connection until you receive clearly. Then see what develops from this connection.

Spend time bringing your attention to energy. How are you experiencing the energy? It is beyond words. Feel what flows and what is stagnant. Experience the energy where it is. Pay attention to your senses. Tune into your awareness beyond your senses. Just breathe and be in this space.
