What Do You Need To Hold Onto and What Can You Release?

How many of you are holding onto fear, anger, hatred and resentment? How many of you focus on the bad things that have happened to you? What do you think that does to you, your bodies and your energies? How many of you are invested in your egos? Experiences happen to you all the time. You constantly receive stimuli. You are taught those are all defining moments but it is about what you do with the experiences and stimuli that really matters. How can you use your experiences to find ways to help in some way? Some of you think that being right is more important than finding ways to be happy. If someone harms you, you need to harm them. We don’t condone violence and hostility and we are aware you don’t get to control others. Each life form gets to make choices on who and what they are and will be. Check in with the energy you hold onto and see if you still need it. You can just as easily focus on love and kindness. You can tune to what you perceive as positive energy. Pay attention to what you are collecting in your thoughts and energy fields. Every story, thought and experience impact you and your cellular structures. You need to make more conscious choices about what to keep and what to release. Pay attention to how it feels to let go of what is no longer needed around you.
