Think about perspectives. You see things through your own eyes and body. You are aware of how others interact with you. Now imagine what someone else is going through. Imagine their perspective and experiences. Do this exercise with plants and animals. Do this exercise by perceiving yourself as your planet or some element. Try to imagine the perspective of a different planet, galaxy or star system. The view is different from each life form. It changes your awareness. Understanding the fear of those who seem angry so often can help you figure out how to be with them and work with them. It doesn’t mean you change anyone but when you understand them, you have a place to try and connect. Most people who revert to violence are coming from a place of fear and feeling out of control. Understanding this doesn’t make anything better for those who are lashed out at or harmed. It might help in deescalating the situations. Helping people with critical thinking helps so they can really assess truth from lies. Learn how to research and find answers. Look at the sources who produce the information. Stop pretending that people who lie are credible. Track where the energy is coming from. Look for the real source of energy, feelings and emotions.
