What Do You Need to Release?

What are you holding onto that you need to release?  Take a look at your processions but also look at what you hold onto on a cellular level.  Look at family patterns and genetic patterns.  What no longer serves you?  Then, once you know what you need to release, start the process of releasing what you no longer need.  You will always have what you need.  You don’t need to worry about what you let go of.  When you truly need something, it will show up in your life and experiences.  It helps to take a look at how something served you to then understand if you still need it or not.  You get to make the assessments of what is right for you.  You are just making the assessments from a more conscious place.
