There are parts of each of you that are brought together to create who and what you are. It is time to release what you no longer need and retrieve what you do need. Return what you no longer need back to where it belongs. Call in the energy you do need and work with that. You are each changing and growing. It is foolish for people to think they can stop evolution from taking place because they fear change. Everything is always changing, whether you recognize it or not. There is a difference between true change and manipulation. True change naturally occurs and evolves. Manipulation is forcing something to be what you want it to be. Things that are forced to be a specific way rarely maintain the forced behavior or creation. All energy seeks to return to its true flow and state. Blocking the flow or forcing the energy creates pain. You need to help all energy find its flow. Be what you truly are. Being what you truly are allows you to create authentically. Being what you truly are allows you to draw to you who and what is authentically yours to be with and have. Humans and many other species are used to taking what they think they want and deserve. It is time to shift your awareness and creation process.
