You don’t want people in your support team who constantly tell you why something won’t work, or they constantly cut down and diminish you and your ideas. It is okay for someone to point out an issue with something and a potential solution. You want people who support your dreams and ideas and help you think about different vantage points. Look for the people who want you to succeed in your dreams and discoveries. That is how you innovate, learn, and grow. Be clear about what you want to create and explore. If you can dream something, there is a way forward. That way may take different twists and turns. Each step will teach you something. The main lesson is keep dreaming. Follow your aspirations and goals. Allow things to evolve, grow, and blossom. People will come and go. That is the way things need to be. You always have what you truly need each step of the way. Having a support team that you work with helps make everything better.
