You are never alone. It may feel like you are alone, but you aren’t. You vibrate at a frequency different from the energies and beings around you. So, you may not be aware of who and what is with you. Open to connecting and communicating with the energies and beings around you. They will find ways to connect and communicate with you. Your job is to be open and aware. The more you connect and communicate, the easier it will be to perceive who and what is with you. It takes practice. They are around you and with you for various reasons. They will share what they can but first you need to recognize them. Think of them as close friends who have your back and care about you.

Breathe! Let go! Be open! Who and what belongs with you? What is your true path and your true destiny? It is time for you to course correct. Let go of the noise and energy that doesn’t belong with you or your energy. Draw in your authentic energy. Create and manifest what is authentic to you. That will always help you be on your path. When you are authentic, you can attract, create, and manifest authentically and from alignment. Be who and what you truly are. Those who do belong with you will show up and be drawn to you perfectly. Those who don’t belong with you may show up, but they will either try to change you or they will leave. Your job is to be who you truly are and follow your path. Your job is to create and manifest authentically. In transitions, it may feel like people and things leave you but what belongs with you will always find you perfectly.

All is energy. Creation and manifestation are about learning to work in concert with the energies you wish to create and manifest. You are also needing to work with your vibrational matches. All energy is just energy. That is simple and profound. You need not worry or concern yourself with most of the details. You need to work through a sense of alignment with the energy, so you are creating from alignment with your creations and manifestations. Stop feeding your energy incompatible energies. You need to work through a sense of alignment. You don’t control the energy. It is its own form of sentient being. Forcing energy also doesn’t work. You might create something similar to your desire, but it won’t be what you ultimately desire. Miracles await those of you willing to open to them. Start by connecting to the energies desiring to work with you. Then build on that.

Peace! Aspire to your best life, whatever that is for you. What feeds your soul? What feeds your energy? What belongs with you? What belongs with your energy? How can you make something truly better in some way? This isn’t about taking from others or imposing your will on others and situations. You are here to experience and to accomplish something or many things. Open to your answers. Create and manifest from an aligned place. When you do that, you will find your true path. All you need will be on your true path. Miracles will be on your true path.

Awaken the energy you need to awaken within you. That may be different for each of you. We don’t want to tell you what to awaken for this reason. Tune in and ask what you need to awaken within you. Then, focus on helping that energy awaken. As that energy awakens, find out what it needs. Learn to work with it. Do that work. You are in a time of transformation. It is important that you create from a new awakening. You will find you only want to engage with the current world, if your work is to help on that level. Otherwise, you will find you have a new and very different focus. It is okay to follow where you need to focus your energy. It is time to change and grow. Each of you will have choices. Those who belong with you will join you. What belongs with you will be with you. You don’t need to focus or concern yourself with how to manifest what is yours. That happens when you are in a true energy alignment and resonance.

Let your energy radiate. Be who and what you are. Stop feeding your body and energy fields with energies that diminish you. Stop feeding your energy with energy that is toxic for you. Look for ways to nourish your body and energy. You each are responsible for what you consume. Pay attention to how you feel with various things you consume, watch and place in your energy. You each are responsible for what you consume. Pay attention to what is truly resonant and a vibrational match for you and what you have just grown accustomed to. You will notice a huge difference in your life, when you get the hang of this shift. You only create your vibrational matches. Many of you have convoluted your vibrations so you are attracting from where you are versus from your authentic vibration. You want to attract and manifest from your authentic vibration and resonance.

Today we would like to explain your energy and bodies as sponges. You create energy and you absorb energy. Each of you are impacted differently because you are your own unique energy. There was an experiment with water molecules. When loving things were said to the molecules, they manifested as lovely forms. When mean and angry things were said to the molecules, they manifested as something ugly. When you absorb loving, kind energy, your energy glows and is beautiful. When you absorb fear, anger, hatred, resentments, judgements, mean, your energy creates a festering energy that can result in medical issues and health problems. Loving, kind words and thoughts make your energy expand. Mean, fearful words and thoughts cause your energy to contract. To help you be healthier and more vibrant, you need to release the fear, anger, hatred, mean, resentments and judgements. Replace this energy with love, kindness and compassion. Send the fear, mean, judgmental energy where it belongs. If something is showing up in your body, assess what the energy is and release it. See if there is something for you there but don’t hold onto what isn’t yours. We realize you are impacted by what you consume, watch and your physical environments. Everything is energy. So, the source of the issue doesn’t really matter. It can be a trickle-down energy, but the impact is the same. See how you feel, when you clear fear, anger, mean energy, judgements and replace them with love, kindness and compassion.

Let go! Let go of preconceived notions. Let go of the way things are. Let go of the vexing people and energies in your life. Let go of whatever isn’t a vibrational match for your energy. Recreate your life from a synergistic perspective. You need not worry about the world around you. The more of you who create through true alignment, the better your world will be. As you create through better alignment, you help create better health and you will be aligned with creating and manifesting miracles. Those who are focused on fear, hatred, greed, resentments are not creating through true alignment. No soul is truly aligned with violence and fear. Someone may be on a low vibrational path but that is a very different journey and set of experiences from those of you who read our words. We are not here to help those committed to low vibrational living. They hold no power over you, if you decide to live a life of alignment and vibrational matches. You are looking for what fits with your energy, as it is meant to be.
