There are many changes taking place right now. Each of you have someone, something or some group you are assigned to. Each of the beings or energies have specific tasks to complete for the changes taking place. Whoever or whatever is assigned to you will teach you and prepare you directly. You only need to be open to what is taking place now. What you think your work is may be changing. Just be open. You will know what you need to know when you need to know it. You might find your nutritional needs are changing. Your bodies may be altered for this process. You might notice your frequencies and vibrations are changing. It is all part of helping you shift into what you are needing to be for this next phase. Adaptation is vital for those of you who remain on your current planet.
