There is no “one size fits all” for anyone or anything. You are each unique in your chemistry, physiology, and energy. You may have similarities to other people, but it doesn’t make you the same. Your genetics hold variations as well. Even identical twins have something that makes them unique. You need to be aware of this, when you make choices. Start paying attention to what creates inflammatory responses in your body and energy systems. What feeds your energy and helps fuel you? These answers can vary at different times. What your physical bodies and energies need will shift and change, as you shift and change. We are altering many of you to help prepare you for what is about to be. Just because something is all natural doesn’t mean it is good for you. Tune in to see what creates inflammation in you specifically. Inflammation blocks your energy flow and creates illness. As you release whatever blocks you or creates inflammation, you will be healthier and clearer. Open to receive your guidance directly. You will know what you need to do, as you become clearer and more open. Block out the noise designed to distract you. Work on developing your focus. Your focus will help you do what you need to do.

Look for people who use their skills to improve life on the planet or who make lives better. Look at the people who clean up the trash in water and on the land. Look at people who do more than talk. Those are the people worthy of your time, energy, and attention. Focus on ways to heal things. Focus on solutions. Stay away from people who tear things down and destroy things without plans to make something better for communities and societies. Look for the people who build things and build people up. There are never one size fits all answers or solutions. You all are unique systems with your unique needs. If someone starts with “everyone needs to do _______ or everyone needs ________,” stay away from them. You need systems that account for the variety of needs. Wake up and take your power back. Say no to what isn’t working for you.

Peace! Bring your awareness and energy to where they need to be. You need to take back your focus and stop allowing other people to claim your focus and energy. Where does your energy and focus belong? Where do your teams need you to focus? There are people who have jobs to fix what is happening in your country and the world. You help by doing the part you need to play and not the part other people want you to play. You heal situations by being love, kindness, compassion, healing. Say no to fear, violence, hatred. Say no to those who oppress and harm people, life, the planet. Say yes to what you want to see grow in your life. Say yes to the people you want in your life. See people for who and what they are and stop pretending they are what you want them to be. You will be able to make better decisions when you are clear about what you are seeing and what is truly happening. Find ways to help and be part of the solution to whatever is taking place.

Each of you must follow where your energy takes you from a place of love. Love exists in fear, but it is hard to recognize because the fear is so pronounced. Fear does not exist in pure love. You can’t become part of the violence and follow your true path. Focus on the flow of healing. Focus on transforming things into what they are meant to be. You need to help each other through what is about to happen globally. Humans move towards this cooperation and then make leaders out of those who rule by fear and greed. Stop doing that. See people for who they are and not who they pretend to be. Your lives depend on you each waking up now. Do not give your power away to anyone. It is your power for a reason.

Pay attention! Ferret out verifiable information and truth. Stop believing people who lie. People can say or claim anything. Is it backed up by evidence or verifiable facts? When we spout prophecies or give psychic information, you may not see the evidence or facts yet, but you will, when the time is right and the energy is aligned. Assertions that contradict evidence is not truth or facts. Those in power should collect verifiable information before they assert anything. Vilifying people they don’t like to scapegoat will be revealed in time. Once you lose trust, it is very difficult to get it back. When people show you who they are, believe them. It is important to collect real, verifiable evidence. It is okay to come up with theories but then collect evidence, experiment, and do your research. Find ways to legitimately back up what you are saying. Speak truth. That is always the way to go.

How can you help? Who do you serve? What is your path? Those are questions that the answers will help you find a life beyond yourself. Open to the answers that come through. Find the best fuel for your energy systems and bodies. Most souls are here for something beyond them. Living a life of service doesn’t mean your needs are not met. It just means you learn to do things beyond yourself. Learn the difference of right and wrong, by seeing how people treat each other and affect each other. We know the concept of right and wrong can be subjective. There are markers that help you understand the concepts. Make decisions based on love and not fear. Your planet is about to change. You will need to work together to make things better for all. If you continue on your current trajectory, mankind will become extinct and new life forms will take over. Your spirits will then find different life forms to inhabit. Focus on helping each other and following your paths.
