Start looking at everything from various perspectives. Does it bring me towards health? Does it bring me towards love? Does it bring me to where I belong? Does it help make something better? Does it bring me towards my goal? When we use “it,” we are referring to something you ingest, do, think, participate in. You can tailor it to be more specific. The answers to these questions help you determine how to proceed. It allows you to determine consciously what to do. It doesn’t matter what the pack does. You are responsible for your own choices and behaviors.
